This track has been around since my Dad was a kid. A lot of local tall tales have come out of this drag strip!

Bald Eagle State Park in Howard, PA has become a favorite destination. If you love birds, butterflies and wildlife then this a place for you! They have walking trails and an awesome lake to fish, swim and water sports. The Lodge is a beautiful place to stay. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is very good. Many local things to do. Just look up Clinton County or Howard. Small towns around always have something going on. Hublersburg Inn is our favorite restaurant in the area. The Roxy in Lock Haven is a small movie theater with comfy seating. The Piper Museum is just down the road.
Here is a Great Blue Heron I shot with my Pink Cannon when out fishing this past weekend. It was about 8AM.
These birds were hanging out on my notorious trumpet vine. See previous post on these invasive weeds. Yes, they are destructive. They do attract hummingbirds but, at a cost. They will cling to and destroy anything in their path. I got these pics standing on my patio with extended lens. Used a pink Canon😉
